Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is the latest addition to Disney’s family of resorts. This Home Away From Home is part of the popular Disney Vacation Club properties. (Limited availability is open to the general public.)

From its colorful Victorian architecture to the historic influence of horse racing, this idyllic lakeside community recaptures the heyday of upstate New York country retreats of the late 1800s. With “Health, History and Horses” as it’s theme, turn of the century Victorian ambiance is evident throughout
this beautiful destination. Intricate woodwork, soft pastels, finely polished furnishings and trademark floral
patterns are found at every turn.

The décor emphasizes Saratoga’s longstanding tradition of horse racing. While you won’t hear the bugler’s call,
you will enjoy artwork and other unique touches that bring this aspect of Saratoga’s history to life.

The main attraction is the High Rock Springs main pool. Gurgling springs cascade down rockwork and empty
into the heated zero-entry pool. A delightful waterslide that winds through the rocks and under a footbridge is certain to be popular. For the utmost in relaxation, there are whirlpool spas nestled in the grotto setting. The younger set will have a blast in the interactive children’s wet play area.

In the Downtown Disney Resort area. The Resort is directly across the lake from Downtown Disney Marketplace.

Is the Resort only open to DVC members?
Although Saratoga Springs is a Disney Vacation Club Resort, anyone can stay there, members or not.

What is the theming of the Resort?
The Resort is theme after the upstate New York country retreats of the late 1800s, with a historic influence of horse racing.

What are the different areas of the Resort?
The only area/district open at present is Congress Park. The Paddock and The Springs are scheduled to open in 2005.

Where are the best room locations?
When open, rooms in buildings in The Springs district will be closest to the Carriage House and it's amenities,
with rooms in The Paddock district being furthest away. Rooms in Congress Park offer views of Downtown
Disney or the Resort gardens, and are closest to the fireworks viewing area.

What room views are available?
Water view - Enjoy tranquil views of the many lakes and surrounding waterways.
Pool view - Look out onto one of the Resort's quiet pools.
Garden view - Take in views of the pastoral landscape and courtyards.

What happens at check-in?
You'll receive your room key (plastic card), a small 'guidebook', park maps, and a copy of the resort's
newsletter. You'll also have the option of leaving credit card details so that you can charge anything you
purchase during your stay to your room card.

What is Carriage House?
Carriage House is the main building which houses check-in, guest services, bell services, dining and shopping locations.

Are there childcare facilities?
No, there are no onsite childcare facilities. Kindercare offers in-room babysitting. Reservations should be
made 24 hours in advance. Call 407-827-5444.

Is there a games arcade?
Yes, Win, Place or Show Arcade is where guests can play a variety of video and pinball games. This high-tech
game room is located near High Rock Spring pool.

Where can I find Disney transportation?
Buses go to the four main parks, water parks & Downtown Disney. For other destinations change at Downtown Disney.
Boats go to Downtown Disney Marketplace.
There is also a path to Downtown Disney Marketplace and West Side.

Where are the nearest ATM locations?
There is an ATM located in the lobby area. Additional ATMs are located at each theme park, the Downtown
Disney Area, as well as all Resorts (lobby area).

Where can I make dining priority seating arrangements or purchase tickets?
Priority seating for most Walt Disney World restaurants can be made by touching the WDW DINE button on
your in-room phone or by visiting Guest Services. Theme Park tickets are available at either the front desk or
Guest Services.

What dining options are available?

Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, High Rock Spring Pool is a zero-entry pool featuring a waterslide. Guests can also make use of two hot
tubs. There are two quiet pools, also featuring hot tubs. A kids' play area features pop jet fountains.

Are towels available by the pool?
Yes.

Are bikes available to hire?
Yes, guests can hire bikes, Surrey bikes, tennis and other sporting equipment from Horsing Around Recreation Rentals.

What other activities are available?
Tennies, basketball, shuffleboard, Saratoga Springs Spa, Children's playground, and a barbeque pavilion.
Various recreational activities may be scheduled during your visit. Check the community message boards at Community Hall for details.

What is the Fireworks Pavilion?
Located in the Congress Park area of the Resort, guests can view the nightly Downtown Disney fireworks
from the Fireworks Pavilion.

Are there any shops at the Resort?
Yes, Artist's Palette sell a wide variety of merchandise, groceries, sundry items, newspapers, etc.

What time is check-in?
Normal check-in time is after 4:00pm. For early travellers, every effort will be made to get you settled in as
soon as possible.

What time is check-out?
Check-out time is before 11:00am. Later check out may be requested. Express check-out is available to
guests with American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Disney Credit Card, Discover, Diners Club or JCB.

Where do I get...?
Extra pillows, & blankets, bed rails, baby cribs, handicap aids, extra hangers, towels, refrigerators,
coffeemakers, or any other sundry items are available from Housekeeping.

Is there a dry-cleaning service?
Dry cleaning and laundry service is available. Laundry bags and lists are located in the closet. For same day service, laundry must be dropped off at the luggage service desk before 9:00am. It will be returned after
6:00pm.

Is there a guest laundry?
Washers and dryers are available at no charge and located in air-conditioned comfort at the pool locations. Vending machines offer laundry soap and bleach, beverages and snacks.

How can I send and receive faxes, UPS, mail, etc?
Facsimile services are availble at the Front Desk. Service charges for incoming and outgoing facsimiles will be applied. Single- and double-sided photocopying services are also available.
Stamps are available at the Store and a mail box is adjacent to the shop.

Is luggage assistance available?
Yes, through Bell Services. When you arrive at the resort, someone from Bell Services will assist you to your
room with your luggage. When you are ready to leave, just touch the LUGGAGE/VALET SERVICE button on
the in-room phone. Gratuity not included.

If I use the package delivery service in the parks, where do I pick them up?
If you shop at any merchandise location at the Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, Disney's
Animal Kingdom Theme Park, or the Downtown Disney area, and choose to have your packages delivered back
to your resort, they can be picked up the following day at the Resort merchandise pick-up location.

Does the Resort have wheelchairs available for guest use?
Yes, a limited number of wheelchairs are available at Guest Services. There is no charge, but a credit card guarantee may be required. A limited number or wheelchairs and motorized wheelchairs are available to rent
at the theme parks.

You will find dry saunas, steam baths and refreshing showers available for relaxing, detoxifying, and therapeutic use. Bathing suits are optional
for the steam room, sauna and indoor whirlpool, but are not provided.

If you experience any discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other condition, please tell a spa cast member or therapist immediately. We request that cell phones be turned off
while in the spa.

Upon entering your private treatment room, the therapist will leave the room so you may disrobe.
Undergarments are not necessary, and please keep in mind that our therapists are trained to warmly drape
you with a large towel at all times. For most body services, we recommend you undress completely. Bathing
suits are required for hydrotherapy services. Shaving is not recommended prior to body services.

Spa Appointments
It is recommended that Spa appointments be made as far in advance as possible. A credit card is required for reservations. We welcome Groups and Conventions. For information and to make your reservation to relax,
please call 407.827.4455. To ensure your preferred appointment time, recommend you schedule your next visit
at the conclusion of your treatment.

Age Requirements
Guests 10 years and older are welcome to receive spa treatments. For our youngest guests (4-10 years) we
have selected treatments to introduce a healthy lifestyle. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during massage, water or body treatments.

Check-In Policy
Please check in with the Spa receptionist at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We
encourage you to use the whirlpool, sauna and steam areas to relax and prepare for your treatments. We recommend showering prior to your appointment to receive full treatment benefit. Arriving late will limit the
time for your appointment, and decrease its effectiveness and enjoyment. Your appointment will end on
schedule, we regret we can not extend into our next guest's appointment. The full value of your treatment
will be charged.

Personal Articles
Please do not bring valuables to the Spa. The Spa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort bears no responsibility
for lost or stolen items.

Cancellation Policy
We request that guests extend a courteous notice for changes or cancellations. Guests not canceling
appointment (4) four hours in advance will be charged $50.00 per hour of service reserved. Packages require
a 24 hour notice to avoid being charged per service. No shows will be charged for the full value of the treatments.

Gift Certificates and Payment for Spa Services
Gift Certificates may be purchased for the Spa or Boutique at the Spa reception desk. We accept most major
credit cards and traveler's checks. Walt Disney World Resort guests may use their room card for convenience and payment can also be accepted prior to your treatments, upon request. Phone and Mail orders are accepted
by calling 407.827.4455.

Personal Trainers are available by appointment. Parent or guardian must accompany guests 14-17 years of
age while using the Fitness Center
